3rd Baltic Transport ForumDates: 09.08.2011-09.09.2011III Baltic Transport will be held on September 8 - 9, 2011 in Kaliningrad, Russia. General Sponsors of the Forum are Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport, Ministry of Transport and Communication of the Republic of Lithuania, the Government of the Kaliningrad region. Among speakers at the Forum: Adviser to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania, President of the Association of the East-West Transport Corridor (EWTCA) Algirdas Shakalis, Director of Eurosib terminals network Alexander Puchkov, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the North-West Association Yuri Chizhkov. General Director of Kasto company Igor Petrov will highlight at the Forum the problems of international law and practice of transportation. Sergey Semenov, the Development Director of Morstroytehnologiya will speak about prospects and status of mineral fertilizer terminals at the ports of the North-West of Russia and the Baltic countries.
