About Company
LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez is one of the biggest Russian refineries. It produces fuels and lubricating oils. The refinery is located within 9 kilometers of the city of Perm with the population of over 1 million people. Perm is an administrative center of the Perm Territory. Every year LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez processes around 13 million tons of crude oil. Over 50% the refinery products are shipped for export.
