MSC adds Houston to west coast South America service
Mediterranean Shipping Co. (USA) says it has amended its west coast of South America service by adding a Houston call.
The change took affect with the sailing of the MSC Peru, voyage number: 718A, from New Orleans on May 26, a company statement said.
The new southbound port rotation is now: New Orleans, Houston, Freeport, Buenaventura, Callao, Arica, San Vicente.
MSC is a privately-owned company based in Geneva that operates more than 390 container vessels with an intake capacity of 1.3 million TEU.
