Byelorussia eyeing construction of 10- mln t oil terminal in Riga Byelorussia is eyeing construction of 10 - mln t oil terminal in Riga (Latvia), Interfax learnt from Belneftekhim. The project is valued at some 170 million euro. Byelorussia refines some 21.5 million tonnes of oil annually, RZD-Partner reminds. Byelorussia’s only supplier of oil is the Russian Federation. Annually Byelorussia exports some 14-15 million tonnes of oil products.
