Navy confirms Russian military ship spills oil in Celtic Sea A Russian warship spilled oil in the Celtic Sea, aide to the Russian Navy Commander Capt. 1st rank Igor Dygalo told Interfax-AVN. "According to estimates of Russian experts, this concerns about 20 -30 tonnes of oil," Dygalo said. Reports that a Russian warship spilled around 500 tonnes of oil in the Celtic Sea have nothing to do with reality, he said.
