Tanker operators may leave Novorossiysk amid customs’ ban on bunkering. As IAA PortNews learnt from a source in one of bunkering companies operating in the port, the problem in particular touched the tankers operating at Sheskharis terminal. Operators say it is getting unprofitable to work in Novorossiysk with the ban on bunkering amid low freight rates.
