Lenmorniiproekt’s design documentation for construction of port Sabetta obtains state expertise approval

Lenmorniiproekt has obtained the approval of RF State Expert Evaluation Department (Glavgosekspertiza) for design documentation and cost estimate of the project on construction port Sabetta on the Yamal Peninsula, the company states. State environmental approval of the design documentation was obtained in August 2013. 

Seaport Sabetta is being built for transshipment of crude hydrocarbons of the South Tambey (Tambeyskoye) gas field in the Yamal peninsula and supply of LNG (up to 16.5 mln t per year) and gas condensate (up to 1.35 mln t per year) to the countries of the West Europe, North and South America as well as Asia-Pacific region.

Lenmorniiproekt OJSC performs design of ports and transportation systems at all phases of the investment plan, performs all types of engineering surveys, comprehensive engineering survey and inspection of hydraulic structures, serves as general designer.
