Konstantin Kozlov has been appointed as the Head of North West Customs Board by the order of Federal Customs Service of Russia, NWCB press center says.
Konstantin Kozlov was born in 1968 in Kuznetsk town of the Penza Region. In 1990, he graduated from Air Force Academy named after М.М.Raskova (Tambov) and in 2004 – Russian Customs Academy. Having come to Customs in 1995, he worked his way up from an inspector to the Customs Head. Before being appointed as the Head of North West Customs Board Konstantin Kozlov was the Head of Arkhangelsk Customs.
