Transas Group has secured a contract to supply marine comminications, video surveillance, navigation and control systems for five multipurpose open-deck ship / tanker of new project RST54, being built at Okskaya Shipyard for Universal Cargo Logistics Holding (UCL Holding). The communications / navigation package delivery is to begin in January 2014 with the final delivery until August 2014, the Company said.
Delivery of the first three vessels is scheduled for 2014.
The newest vessels of RST54 series were designed for marine and mixed sea-river transport of oil products in cargo tanks and dry bulk on cargo deck (crushed stone, rolled steel, automobiles and ISO containers).

In 2004, Okskaya Shipyard became part of VBTH, majority owned by Universal Cargo Logistics Holding.
