The Black Sea Fleet Epron rescue vessel under command of the Captain III rank started performing tasks in the Mediterranean, says press center of RF Defence Ministry.
Having performed tasks within the Russian Navy ship grouping, the vessel will move to the Indian Ocean in order to take part in the joint activities with the Indian Navy.
After the repair, the vessel was fitted with Panther Plus and Tiger telecontrolled deep-water vehicles, modern diving equipment and different advanced devices.
