Volumes of oil products at Klaipedos nafta down to 709.610 tons this January, 10.3% drop

The state-run Klaipedos nafta of Lithuania according to provisional data for January 2010, has reduced the volume of petroleum products transshipment via its terminals by 10.3% - to 709.610 metric tones. During the period, the company's revenues fell 15.1% - to 10.100.000 litas. The January numbers were posted at NASDAQ OMX, the Vilnius SE, "RZD-Partner.Ru reports.

Klaipedos nafta reported for January 2008 of its 11.9 million litas revenues growth and of 790.800 tons of handled petroleum products.

Klaipedos nafta was founded in 1994. Lithuania Government holds a 70.6% stake in Klaipedos nafta. The KN’s revenues in 2009 amounted to 116.3 million litas, 2.8% less than in 2008. It posted for 2009 a y-o-y 6.7 drop in petroleum products shipments, 7.659 million tons less against 2008’s digits.
