Konstantin Palnikov to leave the post of Transport Ministry Department Head on October 1, 2015

Konstantin Palnikov will leave the post of Director of RF Transport Ministry’s Department of State Policy for Marine and River Transport from October 1, 2015. According to IAA PortNews journalist, this has been announced today, at the meeting of the expert council of the Federal Marine and River Transport Agency (Rosmorrechflot).  

“It will be my last day as the Head of the Department tomorrow. I am grateful to everybody for our fruitful cooperation”, Konstantin Palnikov said. 

Head of Rosmorrechflot Sergei Gorelik, who participated in the meeting, expressed his hope for further interaction with Konstantin Palnikov. 

No statements have been made on the new appointment of Konstantin Palnikov.
