    Транзитная навигация по Волго-Балту завершится 15 ноября 2015 года

    В соответствии с распоряжением Росморречфлота № АД-484-р от 26 декабря 2014 года, плановый срок окончания транзитной навигации по Волго-Балту 15 ноября 2015 года в 00:00 мск, в северной части Ладожского озера, Волховской бухте и реке Волхов - 31 октября в 00:00. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба ФБУ «Администрация «Волго-Балт».

    В связи с наступлением завершающего этапа навигации судововладельцев просят обратить внимание на следующее: при планировании работы флота плановые сроки прохождения шлюзов и прибытие к местам зимовки должны быть в пределах сроков, указанных выше; при наступлении ледовых явлений в более ранний период, транзитная навигация может завершиться раньше срока, установленного распоряжением Росморречфлота.

    При выходе в Ладожское и Онежское озера следует строго выполнять ограничения, установленные документами Российского Речного Регистра по ветру и волнению. Загрузка и крепление груза должны соответствовать требованиям безопасности плавания в штормовых условиях.

    При движении в условиях ограниченной видимости на участках, где допускается такое движение (с учетом технического оснащения судна), состав вахты должен быть усилен и обеспечено безопасное движение судна (состава).

    В связи с наблюдающимися понижениями уровней воды на некоторых участках ниже проектных необходимо особое внимание уделить загрузке судов, и усилить контроль за соблюдением соответствия осадки судна путевым условиям.

     При понижении температуры воды до +2 градусов и ниже будет осуществляться поэтапная разрядка плавучей навигационной обстановки, следите за путевой информацией.

    Движение судов на участках со снятой или смещенной/сбитой льдом плавучей обстановкой рекомендуется осуществлять в светлое время суток. При этом решение о движении принимает капитан, с учетом технического оснащения судна, гидрометеорологических и ледовых условий. В случае необходимости возможно привлечение лоцманов или мастеров судоходной обстановки.

    К самостоятельному движению во льдах, допускаются только суда, имеющие соответствующий реальному состоянию льда класс Классификационного общества или разрешение на разовый переход и только при наличии достоверной информации о ледовой обстановке на находящемся впереди участке трассы. При угрозе возникновения тяжелой ледовой ситуации, просим всех судовладельцев заблаговременно определить места отстоя/зимовки судов во избежание серьезных последствий.

    При отрицательных температурах наружного воздуха, льда на акваториях, обмерзании конструкций, устройств и сооружений, шлюзы переводятся на особый режим работы. Плавучие рымы выводятся из работы. К судопропуску допускаются только одиночные самоходные суда, однониточные толкаемые составы и составы с одной баржей (объектом). Судовладельцам рекомендуется провести инструктаж капитанов судов и составов по выполнению «Правил пропуска судов через шлюзы внутренних водных путей» при льдообразовании и принятию мер исключающих повреждение гидротехнических сооружений.

     Отмечается, что в случае транспортных происшествий на путях Волго-Балта судовладельцы обязаны в кратчайшие сроки обеспечить организацию работ по ликвидации последствий происшествия.
