Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS) appointed Alexander Kharlamov a manager of its Bulgaria new office, the RS protocol and ads department reported.

Mr. Kharlamov began his career in RS in 1977 as a surveyor. In 1995-1999 he was running the RS Inspection for Sakhalin of the RS Far East Branch. Since 2006 Mr. Kharlamor had been a Deputy Head of the RS Far East Branch.

 

The first RS’s office in Bulgaria was opened back in 1949. Region of activity: Bulgaria, Turkey.
