Vladivostok customs delay a ship, improper declaration Vladivostok customs did not permit Eastern Dream ship out of the port due to improperly executed cargo document by shipper, the FE Customs Directorate press office said.
The FECD said there was no documentary evidence that the shipper did turn commodities over to the port’s warehouse for temporary storage, a reason for the delay.
