ElectronMash supplies equipment for oil terminal in Ust-Luga

Electrical equipment set manufactured by ElectronMash firm was delivered under a contract with RosNeftBunker JSC fro a terminal at the port of Ust-Luga (Leningrad region). The power equipment will be installed on the Distribution Transformer Substation-1, DTS-2 and TS-6 to ensure power supply for the terminal operations and the shipment of petroleum products, the EM company’s press release said.

The contract between RosNeftBunker "and Electronmash CJSC for power supply facilities was signed in late 2009.

Port of Ust-Luga liquid bulk cargo complex was intended for export of crude oil and marine fuel. Ust-Luga shipment chain includes transportation of petroleum products to the terminal by railroad, off-loading from railcars, temporary storage and further loading of crude oil on tankers. The terminal full output is of 30 million tons of fuel oil and light oil products a year. So far the terminal completion schedule has not yet been set.

The total project cost is about 26 billion rubles involving VneshEkonomBank’s line of credit. RosNeftBunker is a firm associated with Gunvor oil trader.
