RybTransServis Ltd. to develop facilities for fish industry RybTransServis Ltd., a new Russian enterprise established February 1st, 2010 will be specializing in shipment, storage and sale of Russian fish products, RBC Daily reports. The company is going to build a network of refrigerators terminals, buy fish and fish products from fishing companies and processing firms, as well as to build a logistics and retail trade. According to Alexander Saveliev, spokesman for RosRybolovstvo company, a subsidiary of RZD – RefServis JSC and some private firms were major investors of the company.
Meanwhile, according to USRLE, Refservis JSC is not listed among the founders of RybTransServis ltd. The owners of the company are Crab IR Ltd. holding 74% shares and Expo-Service Ltd. (26%). The first is a Vladivostok-based private firm, engaged in fishing and catching seafood. The Expo-Service Ltd. of Delta-Trans-Invest is owned by Transgroup Invest AS. The TIAS is managed by Maxim Liksutov, a member of board of directors of the company. Mr. Liksutov is a longtime partner of Russian Railways and is an affiliated member of Refservis JSC.
An NatsRybResursy, a state-run company had started a project to build in 17 cities of Russia cold storage facilities for 140.000 tons of fish. The project cost is valued at 9 billion rubles, RBC Daily said.
