The average spot prices for fuel oil M-100 as of March 5 were at 7.623 rubles a ton, 132 rubles down from the last week. According to Cortes IAC, as of March 5th the summer futures on diesel fuel were traded at 16.170 rubles a ton (298 rubles up over the last week), winter diesel fuel futures – 18.284 rubles a ton (-471 rubles cut). The index of selling prices of Russian oil refineries from February26 through March 5, 2010 on heavy fuel oil was below 2.11%, on diesel fuel -0.73%.
