Verkhovna Rada, the Ukraine’s parliament has approved the new Cabinet of Ministers. Konstantin Efimenko has been appointed the Minister of Transport and Communications of Ukraine at the plenary meeting of the Ukrainian parliament today. Also, the MPs voted for the appointment of Ukraine Prime Minister Mykola Azarov, the Verkhovna Rada press office said. Yulia Tymoshenko was dismissed from Prime-Minister office by the parliament decree.

Before this appointment Mr. Efimenko had been the head of the state-owned Ukrtransgaz Concern.
