    Boskalis покупает компанию-лидера рынка немецкого дноуглубительного сектора

    Компания Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. пришла к соглашению по обязательным условиям с компанией Strabag SE по приобретению дноуглубительной деятельности и активов компании Strabag Wasserbau GmbH, носившей ранее название Möbius Wasserbau. Как сообщает пресс-служба Boskalis, цена согласованной сделки составляет 70 млн евро, не включает цену фирмы и будет финансироваться за счет собственных денежных средств компании.

    Компания Strabag Wasserbau, находящаяся в Гамбурге, является лидером рынка немецкого дноуглубительного сектора. Годовой оборот компании составляет приблизительно 50 млн евро и обладает широким спектром оборудования.

    Сделка ограничена покупкой оборудования, персонала, а также парой контрактов на техническое обслуживание. Самыми важными активами являются два недавно построенных самоотвозных трюмных землесоса с низкой осадкой вместимостью 7350 куб. м каждый, большой современный штанговый земснаряд и четыре самоходные баржи. Технические характеристики трюмных землесосов представляют интерес для осуществления проектов по техническому обслуживанию портов, намыву и восстановлению территории. Данная покупка позволяет компании Boskalis укрепить свою позицию на внутреннем рынке Германии. Более того, благодаря покупке трюмных землесосов будет выполнено требование по обновлению части дноуглубительного флота Boskalis в пределах от 6000 куб. м до 9000 куб. м.

    «Принимая во внимание данную покупку и текущую ситуацию на рынке, Boskalis планирует снять с эксплуатации определенное количество стареющих трюмных земснарядов, фрезерных и штанговых землесосов в течении этого года», - отмечается в сообщении.

    Закрытие сделки назначено на первый квартал 2016 года при удовлетворении установленных условий.
