    Совет директоров FESCO утвердил новый состав правления ПАО «ДВМП»

    Совет директоров транспортной группы FESCO утвердил новый состав правления ПАО «ДВМП» (головная компания группы). Об этом сообщает пресс-служба группы.

    Согласно решению Совета директоров, с 22 июня 2016 года правление ПАО «ДВМП» избрано в следующем составе: Александрс Исуринс, президент, Владимир Корчанов, первый вице-президент, Владимир Чиснаков, первый вице-президент по линейно-логистическому дивизиону, Ольга Литвинова, вице-президент по кадровым вопросам, Юрий Мелякин, вице-президент по безопасности, Максим Сахаров, вице-президент по финансам, Заирбек Юсупов, вице-президент по портовому дивизиону.

    Из состава правления ПАО «ДВМП» выведен занимающий должность вице-президента по правовым и корпоративным вопросам Дмитрий Шохин, который покидает группу. При этом в состав правления введены Владимир Чиснаков, который с 20 июня 2016 года займет позицию первого вице-президента по линейно-логистическому дивизиону, и Ольга Литвинова, которая с 22 июня 2016 года станет вице-президентом по кадровым вопросам. 

    Отмечается, что назначением Владимира Чиснакова и Ольги Литвиновой FESCO усиливает коммерческий и кадровый блоки, что отвечает актуальным целям и задачам группы. Владимир Чиснаков сконцентрируется на формировании технологий и бизнес-процессов наиболее эффективной организации интермодальных контейнерных перевозок. Ольга Литвинова сосредоточит свои усилия на организации системы оптимального централизованного управления персоналом, а также на повышении управляемости кадровых подразделений компаний Группы. 

     До прихода в FESCO Владимир Чиснаков в течение шести лет работал первым заместителем генерального директора ПАО «ТрансКонтейнер», до этого — генеральным директором ЗАО «Русская Тройка», заместителем генерального директора ОАО «ДВМП». Он окончил Красноярский государственный университет. В 2002 году прошел обучение по специальности «финансовый менеджер» в Институте профессиональных бухгалтеров России. 

    Ольга Литвинова более 15 лет работает в области управления персоналом в ведущих российских и международных компаниях (ЕВРАЗ, Пепси Боттлинг Групп, Корнерстоун). До прихода в FESCO с 2009 года работала в холдинге ЕВРАЗ, где с 2011 года возглавляла дирекцию по персоналу, до этого — департамент подбора персонала. Ольга окончила Государственную академию славянской культуры по специальности «психология», имеет профессиональные сертификаты в области подбора, оценки и развития персонала (SHL, Lominger International, ESMT), компенсаций и льгот (CBSD / WorldatWork).
