Icebreaker Victor Chernomyrdin has been launched today, 30 December 2016, at Baltiysky Zavod shipyard in Saint-Petersburg, IAA PortNews correspondent reports from the ceremony.

As Vladimir Shtrambrand, head of Rosmorport’s Fleet Construction and Development Department, said at the ceremony, the icebreaker is to start operation in 2018.
