General cargo ship Yeruslan owned by Claner Shipping Ltd. (Hong Kong, flag of Cambodia) is on fire at the off-harbour anchorage of port Vladivostok, an eyewitness reports. According to the Far East correspondent of IAA PortNews, the ship, which is currently located in the water area of the Amur Bay, has no crew from autumn 2016.

The ship was earlier arrested by Transport Prosecutor's Office of the Primorsky Territory because of the debt to the crew. According to media repots, 16 claims total $274,290.

Press center of the Primorsky Territory office of Russia’ Emergency Ministry has told IAA PortNews correspondent they had no information about the ship fire. Marine Rescue Service of Rosmorrechflot says that rescue ships are ready to fight the fire though no order has yet came from the Harbour Master.
