    Обнаружены без признаков жизни два члена экипажа потерпевшего крушение сухогруза «Герои Арсенала»

    Двое членов экипажа потерпевшего крушение в районе Керченского пролива сухогруза «Герои Арсенала» в 12:30 мск 19 апреля 2017 года были обнаружены и подняты на борт судна «Спасатель Демидов» без признаков жизни. Их личности устанавливаются. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба ГУ МЧС России по Республике Крым.

    Как сообщалось ранее, в 05:34 мск 19 апреля был обнаружен и поднят на борт судна «Армада Навигатор» один пострадавший в спасательном жилете с признаками сильного переохлаждения. Ему оказана первая доврачебная помощь.

    В настоящее время в акватории Черного моря на месте крушения судна «Герои Арсенала» наращивается группировка сил и средства МЧС России, которые задействованы в проведении поисково-спасательной операции.  на месте чрезвычайной ситуации работают шесть судов - «Епископ», «Армада-Навигатор», «Аелос», «Барнет», «Айгас» и аварийно-спасательное судно «Спасатель Демидов», который координирует их действия.

    Поиск пострадавших и мониторинг территории в месте предполагаемого местонахождения пострадавших с воздуха осуществляют два воздушных судна: вертолет Ми-8 МЧС России с тремя профессиональными спасателями на борту и вертолет Ка-32 министерства обороны РФ.

    Кроме того, на месте базирования Морского координационного спасательного центра «Керчь» работает оперативная группа 3-го пожарно-спасательного отряда (ПСО) Федерального противопожарной службы по Республике Крым. Группировка 3-го ПСО в составе 42 человека личного состава и девяти единиц специализированной техники осуществляют патрулирование прибрежной зоны от мыса Такиль до мыса Чауда с целью мониторинга и оказания оперативной помощи пострадавшим, которых возможно вынесет на берег волной. Протяженность поиска 25,5 км.

    Также на место направлены подразделения ЮРПСО (г. Сочи, г. Туапсе) в составе 13 человек, из них шесть водолазов, две единицы техники, в том числе подводный аппарат «Фалькон» и оперативные группы Главного управления, Новороссийского и Темрюкского пожарно-спасательного гарнизона. Организовано взаимодействие между территориальными и функциональными подсистемами РСЧС.

    Глава Республики Крым Сергей Аксенов поручил начальнику главного управления МЧС России по Республики Крым генерал-лейтенанту внутренней службы Сергею Шахову, руководству муниципального образования г. Керчь и морского порта г. Керчь незамедлительно привести в готовность к установке боновые заграждения, чтобы не допустить загрязнения акватории Черного моря горюче-смазочными материалами.

    Так, по предварительной информации, судно «Герои Арсенала» было заправлено 19 тоннами дизельного топлива, а также на борту находилось более 1,5 тонн моторного масла.

    Всего в поисково-спасательных работах задействованы от МЧС России около 200 человек личного состава, 28 единиц специализированной техники, в том числе подводное оборудование и авиация МЧС России.
