    Проектные требования и компоновочные решения в нижнем бьефе проектируемого Нижегородского гидроузла рассмотрены в журнале «Гидротехника» (фото)

    Специалисты ООО «Техтрансстрой» в первом выпуске журнала «Гидротехника» (входит в медиа-группу «ПортНьюс») за 2017 год опубликовали статью «Нижегородский низконапорный гидроузел: основные компоновочные решения и состав сооружений».

    Федеральной целевой программой «Развитие транспортной системы России» (2010–2020 гг.), Стратегией развития внутреннего водного транспорта РФ на период до 2030 года, а также Транспортной стратегией РФ на период до 2030 года предусмотрено проектирование и строительство на р. Волге нового объекта воднотранспортной инфраструктуры федерального значения — Нижегородского низконапорного гидроузла (ННГу).

    Строительство нового гидроузла позволит создать в его верхнем бьефе зону искусственного подпора с гарантированными глубинами не менее 4 м и восстановить сквозное крупнотоннажное судоходство на участке р. Волги от г. Городца до Нижнего Новгорода без подъема отметки Чебоксарского водохранилища до НПУ 68,0 м (в Балтийской системе высот), исключив при этом подтопление Нижнего Новгорода и не прибегая к строительству на территории мегаполиса дорогостоящих инженерных защит.

    Необходимость преодоления сложившихся на р. Волге инфраструктурных ограничений путем строительства в районе г. Нижнего Новгорода низконапорного гидроузла единодушно поддержана и участниками заседания президиума Госсовета по вопросу развития внутренних водных путей, состоявшегося 15.08.2016 г. под председательством президента Российской Федерации Владимира Путина, по итогам которого президентом дано поручение правительству РФ (Пр-1741, п. 1а) о выделении необходимых бюджетных ассигнований на финансирование данного проекта.

    Проектируемый гидроузел имеет исключительно воднотранспортное назначение и призван обеспечивать сезонное регулирование уровенного режима в своем верхнем бьефе с поддержанием в створе проектного подпорного уровня 68,0 м в течение всей навигационной межени. В период прохождения весеннего половодья и зимней межени расходы через створ гидроузла планируется пропускать в бесподпорных условиях с сохранением бытового уровенного режима на вышерасположенном участке водного пути. Использование водных ресурсов вновь создаваемого водохранилища с целью дополнительного водоснабжения потребителей, а также в интересах энергетики не предусматривается.

    В статье рассмотрены проектные требования и ограничения при обеспечении сквозного крупнотоннажного судоходства в нижнем бьефе Нижегородского (Горьковского) гидроузла, а также представлены его компоновочные решения.
