    Сухогруз «Герои Арсенала» получил шесть замечаний во время последней инспекции портконтроля

    Последнюю инспекцию государственного портового контроля сухогруз Geroi Arsenala («Герои Арсенала», судовладелец Gunes shipping, Турция, флаг Панама), который потерпел крушение 19 апреля 2017 года в Черном море, проходил в ноябре 2016 года в порту Темрюк (Краснодарский край). Как сообщает пресс-служба РПСМ, тогда судну было выставлено шесть замечаний, одно из них касалось проблем со спасательными шлюпками, однако сухогруз не задержали, он продолжил рейс.

    «Обычно суда турецких компаний эксплуатируются до последнего, техническое снабжение на них не всегда поставляется должным образом. Очень часто бывает так, что при необходимости ремонта судна он оформляется лишь на документах, а по факту никаких работ не делается.  Могу предположить, что сухогруз Geroi Arsenala эта участь не обошла. Характер крушения – по последним данным, судно переломилось в районе надстройки – эту догадку подтверждает, – приводит пресс-служба РПСМ слова председателя Азово-Донской территориальной организации РПСМ Леонида Глушака.

    На судне также нет коллективного договора. Как отмечает председатель Балтийской территориальной организации Александр Бодня, это совершенно обыденная ситуация для региона: «Не зря Черное море получило название «море позора». Суда там ходят под удобным флагом, большинству из них уже очень много лет: эти посудины не отвечают требованиям безопасности и давным-давно должны были быть списаны. Прибавить к этому отсутствие колдоговоров и получается, что экипажи не могут рассчитывать не только на нормальные условия труда, но и на хоть какие-либо гарантии по зарплате или по компенсациям. Моряки идут на эти пароходы не от хорошей жизни, а в итоге, когда случаются такие трагедии, помощи от работодателя им и их родственникам ждать, чаще всего, не приходится».

    «Сухогруз Geroi Arsenala был построен еще в Советском Союзе в 1980 году, владело им Украинское речное пароходство. Позднее предприятие преобразовалось в «УкрРечФлот», теплоход стал ходить под украинским флагом. А в 2013 году его приобрела турецкая компания, – отметила инспектор ITF в Новороссийске Ольга Ананьина. – Многие турецкие судовладельцы скупают наши старые теплоходы. Что касается оператора судна – Gunes Denizcilik Nakliyat, то у них сейчас пять судов, большинство из которых старше 30 лет».

    Как сообщало ИАА «ПортНьюс» ранее, сухогруз «Герои Арсенала», следовавший с зерном (около 3,5 тыс. тонн) из российского порта Азов, затонул в Черном море 19 апреля 2017 года. В порту Азов судно прошло портконтроль. Капитан судна до момента крушения не сообщал о каких-либо неполадках.

    На борту судна находились 12 членов экипажа, среди них девять граждан Украины, двое граждан Российской Федерации и один гражданин Грузии. Второй день в акватории Черного моря проводится комплекс мероприятий по поиску и спасению членов экипажа судна «Герои Арсенала».

    Как сообщили в «В.Ф. Танкер» (входит в UCL  Holding), в поисково-спасательной операции были задействованы три судна данной компании. По прибытии на место аварии первым, экипаж танкера приступил к обследованию водной поверхности на месте крушения и осмотру спасательных плотов и шлюпок с затонувшего сухогруза. За бортом был обнаружен человек в гидрокостюме. Экипажем теплохода «ВФ Танкер-18» выполнен подъем пострадавшего из воды и оказана первая медицинская помощь. Пострадавшим моряком оказался моторист теплохода «Герой Арсенала» Константин Черненко, который позднее был передан на спасательное судно «Спасатель Демидов».
