    Компания «АЭМ-технологии» отправила водным путем комплект парогенераторов для Белорусской АЭС (фото)

    Компания «АЭМ-технологии» (входит в машиностроительный дивизион Росатома – «Атомэнергомаш») отгрузила комплект парогенераторов ПГВ-1000 для энергоблока №2 Белорусской АЭС. Как сообщает медиа-центр АО «Атомэнергомаш», водным путем оборудование дойдет до Великого Новгорода. Там изделия перегрузят на железнодорожный транспортер и отправят в Белоруссию. Общая протяженность маршрута составит 3000 км.

    До специализированного причала завода на Цимлянском водохранилище комплект теплообменного оборудования, состоящий из четырех парогенераторов в сборе, доставили на автомобильном транспорте. Согласно требованиям по безопасности дорожного движения, перевозка по городу осуществлялась в ночное время суток. Операция доставки комплекта на спецпричал заняла четыре ночи.

    «При изготовлении комплекта парогенераторов для второго блока Белорусской АЭС мы выстроили образцовый производственный поток, работающий по принципу «точно вовремя», — отметил директор филиала Ровшан Аббасов. — На участке прошла компактизация: все необходимое оборудование выстроилось в одну цепочку, в шаговой доступности.

    Накопленный положительный опыт мы будем использовать в реализации очередного проекта, к которому приступили — это производство парогенераторов для АЭС «Куданкулам» (Индия).

    Проект команды «АЭМ-технологии» под руководством Ровшана Аббасова, направленный на повышение эффективности при производстве парогенераторов, был отмечен престижной отраслевой наградой «Человек года Росатома 2016». В рамках проекта на площадке Волгодонского филиала были исключены лишние перемещения и пересечение технологических операций на ключевом механообрабатывающем и сварочном оборудовании, максимально снижена дефектность сварных соединений.  В результате все мероприятий цикл изготовления комплекта парогенераторов был сокращен на два месяца по отношению к действующему на данный момент отраслевому стандарту. На сегодняшний день компания «АЭМ-технологии» обладает технологическими возможностями по выпуску восьми парогенераторов в год.

    Парогенератор относится к изделиям первого класса безопасности. Диаметр – более 4 м, длина аппарата - около 15 м. Вес оборудования – 340 тонн. Корпус парогенератора представляет собой горизонтальный цилиндрический сосуд с двумя эллиптическими днищами, в средней части которого расположены коллекторы для подвода и отвода горячего теплоносителя.

    В верхней части корпуса находится паровое пространство, в нижней части корпуса парогенератора располагается поверхность теплообмена. В состав оборудования одного энергоблока входят четыре парогенератора.

    АО «АЭМ-технологии», основанное в 2007 году в структуре АО «Атомэнергомаш» — машиностроительного дивизиона Госкорпорации «Росатом», в настоящее время является одной из ведущих российских компаний в области энергетического машиностроения, производителем основного комплекта оборудования реакторного зала АЭС. Кроме того, компания специализируется на производстве различного колонного, реакторного и теплообменного оборудования для переработки углеводородов.
