  Барк «Крузенштерн» принял участие в параде экипажей в финском порту Турку (фото)

  Учебно-парусное судно (УПС) «Крузенштерн» находилось в портах Котка и Турку (Финляндия) в рамках Международной парусной регаты больших парусников 2017 года на Балтийском море (The Tall Ships Races 2017). 24 июля 2017 года регата стартовала в 60 милях от Турку курсом на Клайпеду, куда участники гонки должны прибыть 29 июля. Как сообщает пресс-служба Балтийской государственной академии рыбопромыслового флота (БГАРФ), во время стоянки в Турку экипаж и курсанты «Крузенштерна» приняли участие в открытии фестиваля Международной парусной регаты больших парусников, параде экипажей.

  В течение стоянки «Крузенштерн» был открыт для гостей и жителей порта Турку. За три дня на борт поднялись почти 18 тыс. человек.
  
  По традиции морской праздник в Турку завершился фейерверком на фоне парусников, стоящих у причалов.

  Напомним, на борту парусника 120 курсантов: шесть человек из Калининградского государственного технического университета; пять - из Керченского государственного морского технологического университета; 100 человек из Балтийской государственной академии рыбопромыслового флота и девять человек из Калининградского морского рыбопромышленного колледжа.
  
  Российские парусники «Крузенштерн», «Седов» и «Мир» принимают участие в в Международной парусной регате больших парусников 2017 года на Балтийском море (The Tall Ships Races 2017). Парусная гонка проходит от порта Турку (Финляндия) до порта Клайпеда (Литва) с 23 по 29 июля.
  
  Четырехмачтовый парусник «Крузенштерн» построен в немецком Бремерхафене в 1926 году, спущен на воду под именем Padua («Падуя»), использовался как учебное судно и для грузовых перевозок на дальних маршрутах. После Второй мировой войны парусник перешел в собственность СССР и получил имя известного русского мореплавателя адмирала Ивана Крузенштерна, а в 1991 году был передан БГАРФ в Калининграде, принадлежащей Росрыболовству. Барк считается вторым по величине парусным судном в России после «Седова» и одним из крупнейших в мире парусников.
