  Атомэнергомаш изготовил и отправил водным транспортом вакуумную колонну для Омского НПЗ (фото, инфографика)

  АО «Атомэнергомаш» изготовило и отправило из г. Волгодонск (Ростовская область) уникальную вакуумную колонну для Омского нефтеперерабатывающего завода (Омский НПЗ). Как сообщает пресс-служба АО «Атомэнергомаш», маршрут следования баржебуксирного состава с крупногабаритным грузом до Омска пройдет по внутренним водным артериям, Северному морскому пути, и далее через бассейны рек Обь и Иртыш. Общая протяженность пути превысит 12 тыс. км.
  
  Оборудование войдет в состав комплекса первичной переработки нефти ЭЛОУ-АВТ.  Новый аппарат предназначен для вакуумной разгонки мазута с получением вакуумного газойля, вакуумного остатка — из предварительно подготовленной нефти.
  
  Длина колонны превышает — 52 м, диаметр — 11 м, вес — 518 тонн (для сравнения длина ракеты-носителя «Протон-М» составляет около 58 м). Учитывая значительные весогабаритные характеристики, в ходе ее производства были задействованы все основные технологические и инфраструктурные возможности филиала «Атоммаш» АО «АЭМ-технологии».
  
  Производственный цикл изготовления оборудования насчитывал 850 этапов, включая сварочные операции, механическую и термическую обработку. В частности, только для сварочных работ было использовано около 40 тонн электродов и проволоки, а общая длина сварочных швов составила 2 км.
  
  От производственной площадки до причала, расположенного на Цимлянском водохранилище, оборудование доставили специализированным транспортом. Движение по улицам Волгодонска осуществлялось ночью в соответствии с требованиями безопасности дорожного движения. На некоторых участках пути временно демонтировали троллейбусные провода и линии электропередачи.
  
  Ранее в этом году предприятия АО «Атомэнергомаш» завершили изготовление и поставили заказчику вакуумную и атмосферную колонны для Московского НПЗ.
