    Новый железнодорожный парк отправления станции Находка Восточная готов на 70% (фото)

    Железнодорожный парк отправления порожних вагонов припортовой станции Дальневосточной железной дороги Находка Восточная, реконструкция и расширение которой ведется в рамках проекта строительства Третьей очереди специализированного угольного терминала «Восточного Порта», готов на 70%. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба стивидорной компании.

    Строительство железнодорожного парка ведется за счет собственных средств ООО «Управляющая портовая компания» и АО «Восточный Порт».

    Отмечается, что  модернизация и строительство железнодорожной инфраструктуры впервые в современной России ведется на принципах государственно-частного партнерства — техническая спецификация подготовлена ОАО «РЖД», финансирование строительства проводится за счет портового холдинга ООО «Управляющая портовая компания» и входящего в его состав АО «Восточный Порт» без привлечения средств государственного бюджета.

    Общий объем инвестиций компаний в реконструкцию и расширение парка отправления порожних вагонов и строительство парка приема груженых вагонов станции Находка Восточная составляет 4,7 млрд руб. После ввода в эксплуатацию новая железнодорожная инфраструктура парка отправления будет передана на баланс ОАО «РЖД».

    В результате модернизации парка отправления станции Находка Восточная количество путей возросло до 13, пропускная способность - почти вдвое. К действующим 8 путям добавилось 5 новых общей вместимостью 355 вагонов и полезной длиной 5 250 м. Построенные пути предназначены для распределения грузопотоков как на строящуюся Третью очередь, так и на действующий специализированный угольный комплекс «Восточного Порта». Пользоваться модернизированным парком будут и другие портовые терминалы, расположенные в бухте Врангеля.

    На действующих объектах железнодорожного парка отправления полностью закончена реконструкция сетей электроснабжения и канализации, на новых путях завершается устройство насыпи земляного полотна с учетом водоотводных сооружений, строительство путепровода и укладка железнодорожных путей. Финальным этапом строительства станет регулировка контактной сети, установка сигнализации и реконструкция существующего поста электрической централизации.

    «Станция Находка Восточная была построена в 70-е годы прошлого века. С учетом роста грузооборота АО «Восточный Порт» и ввода в эксплуатацию Третьей очереди порта возникла необходимость модернизации инфраструктуры станции, создания новых ж/д мощностей, — рассказал глава Дирекции строящегося объекта АО «Восточный Порт» Вячеслав Налобин. — Строительство станции ведется с применением современных технологий, используются только качественные отечественные материалы. В числе нововведений — внедрение системы централизованной безопасности станции и использование пневматической почты для ускорения обмена документами и оформления порожних вагонов».

    При реконструкции и строительстве нового парка отправления порожних вагонов использовано 7,3 км железнодорожного полотна, около 350 тысяч тонн скального грунта, более 30 тысяч тонн щебня, более 9 км контактной подвески электрифицированных путей, также построено более 20 км высоковольтных линий.

    Кроме парка отправления «Управляющая портовая компания» и АО «Восточный Порт» также построят новый парк приема груженых вагонов необщего пользования для обеспечения Третьей очереди и действующего специализированного угольного комплекса. Его строительство планируется завершить в 2019 году.
