    В Ростове-на-Дону презентовали основные сооружения по проекту Багаевского гидроузла (фото)

    Совещание по рассмотрению материалов по проектированию и строительству объектов подготовительного периода Багаевского гидроузла на р. Дон провел заместитель руководителя Федерального агентства морского и речного транспорта Виктор Вовк 18 августа 2017 года в Ростове-на-Дону. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Росморречфлота.

    В совещании приняли участие министр транспорта Ростовской области Андрей Иванов, заместитель  главы администрации Багаевского района Юрий Мельников, руководитель ФБУ «Азово-Донская бассейновая администрация» Сергей Гайдаев, руководители и представители ведущих компаний в области строительства гидротехниких сооружений.

    Руководитель проекта АО «Акватик» Леонид Шурухин рассказал о проекте организации строительства объектов подготовительного периода и возможности альтернативного проекта организации строительства в части обустройства судоходной прорези, а также провел презентацию основных сооружений будущего гидроузла.

    Участники совещания детально обсудили мероприятия, которые позволят обеспечить выполнение строительно-монтажных работ в нормативные сроки, и проанализировали  возможные риски, влияющие на сроки  реализации проекта.

    По итогам совещания замечания, высказанные  его участниками, будут проанализированы генеральным проектировщиком, и будет представлено мотивированное заключение.

    Напомним, ФЦП «Развитие транспортной системы России (2010–2020 годы)» (входит в госпрограмму «Развитие транспортной системы») предусмотрено строительство Багаевского гидроузла.

    Строительство Багаевского гидроузла также включено в схему территориального планирования Российской Федерации в области федерального транспорта (железнодорожного, воздушного, морского, внутреннего водного), автомобильных дорог федерального значения (утверждена распоряжением правительства от 19 марта 2013 года. №384-р, далее – схема территориального планирования).

    Гидроузел будет располагаться в районе острова Арпачинский в створе реки на 3089 км судового хода Единой глубоководной системы. До настоящего времени поддержание глубин на этом участке реки, ниже Кочетовского гидроузла, достигается только с помощью проведения ежегодных дноуглубительных работ в значительных объемах. Со строительством Багаевского гидроузла уровень воды в верхнем бьефе повысится, экологическая система в районе реки придет в равновесное состояние.
