    Контейнерооборот через порты Украины до 2025 года может вырасти на 33% - до 756 тыс. TEUs (фото)

    По прогнозам Администрации морских портов Украины (АМПУ), грузооборот контейнеров через порты Украины до 2025 года может вырасти на треть — до 756 тыс. TEUs (в 2016 году оборот контейнеров составил 579,5 тыс. TEUs), заявил руководитель АМПУ Райвис Вецкаганс во время II Международной транспортной конференции высокого уровня «Интегрированные транспортные коридоры Европа — Азия» и XI «Черноморского контейнерного саммита». Об этом сообщает пресс-служба АМПУ.

    Райвис Вецкаганс обозначил основные векторы для развития портов Украины, увеличения грузопотоков и развития контейнерных перевозок.

    По его словам, в настоящее время АМПУ работает сразу по трем направлениям для того, чтобы украинские порты стали привлекательны для партнеров. «Применение инновационных практик приводит к устранению барьеров и повышению конкурентоспособности украинских портов. Основные инновации — это внедрение единого морского окна, разработка новой методики расчета ставок портовых сборов, дноуглубление по стандартам FIDIC. Таким образом мы устраняем технические, инфраструктурные барьеры и делаем наши порты более привлекательными для партнеров», — отметил Райвис Вецкаганс во время выступления на конференции.

    Он подчеркнул, что для привлечения новых партнеров АМПУ осуществляет капитальные инвестиции в стратегически важные объекты инфраструктуры — проводит дноуглубление, реконструирует и строит причалы, устраняет узкие места в припортовых железнодорожных станций, увеличивает собственный специализированный флот. Сейчас в стадии реализации находится ряд крупных инфраструктурных проектов, среди которых дноуглубления подходного канала и акватории в порту «Южный», дноуглубление в порту «Черноморск», а также проекты по реконструкции и строительству причалов. По результатам проведения международных торгов победителями стали компании из ТОП-5 мировых лидеров в сфере дноуглубления.

    «Уже в этом году АМПУ инвестирует в развитие портовой отрасли более 3 млрд грн. Увеличение объемов инвестиций позволит реализовывать совместные проекты, значимые для государства, такие как с Cargill и М. В. Карго, HHLA, Risoil, Kernel, Bunge и Louis Dreyfus. В этих проектах частные инвесторы строят мощности для перевалки и хранения грузов, а АМПУ проводит дноуглубление, реконструирует причальные и гидротехнические сооружения», — отметил руководитель АМПУ.

    Также АМПУ ведет активную работу по наращиванию грузопотоков, в частности, за счет увеличения перевалки контейнеров в портах. Во время XI «Черноморского контейнерного саммита» Райвис Вецкаганс отметил, что в настоящее время ведется активная работа по снижению с 2018 года портовых сборов, что позволит еще интенсивнее наращивать грузооборот в портах, в том числе в режиме «транзит».

    Кроме этого, по мнению руководителя АМПУ, с приходом Hutchison Port в порт Черноморск произойдет прирост контейнерного грузооборота и усилится конкуренция на рынке. «Необходимо находить инвесторов в активы государственных стивидорных компаний, чтобы терминалы, которые сегодня неконкурентоспособны, например, как в Черноморском порту, могли развивать свои активы», — отметил Райвис Вецкаганс.
