    Завод «Красное Сормово» (Нижний Новгород, входит в Объединенную судостроительную корпорацию) в сентябре 2017 года в рабочем порядке произвел закладку головного многоцелевого сухогрузного судна дедвейтом 7500 тонн нового проекта RSD59, сообщает пресс-служба Морского Инженерного бюро, являющегося разработчиком проекта.

    Заказчик - ПАО «Государственная лизинговая транспортная компания», лизингополучатель - судоходная компания «Пола Райз». Всего заводу «Красное Сормово» заказано пять многоцелевых сухогрузных судна проекта RSD59 и еще пять - Невскому заводу. Суда проекта RSD59 в соответствии с принятой в Бюро классификацией относится к классу «Волго-Дон макс», имеют максимально возможные для ВДСК габариты.
     
    Суда серии могут использоваться для транспортировки генеральных, навалочных, контейнерных, лесных, зерновых и крупногабаритных грузов, опасных грузов классов 1.4S, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.1, 8, 9 МК МПОГ и Приложения В Кодекса ВС в Каспийском море, а также в Средиземном, Черном, Балтийском, Белом, Северном морях, включая рейсы вокруг Европы и в Ирландское море зимой.
     
    Новый сухогрузный проект RSD59, который выполнен в «сверхполных» обводах уже с двумя сухогрузными трюмами, один из которых имеет рекордную для «Волго-Дон макса» длину, является преемником трехтрюмной серии судов RSD49.
     
    Наличие большого трюма длиной 77,35 м, который позволяет перевозить в прямых рейсах Европа - Каспий негабаритные проектные грузы, что должно существенно повлиять на совокупный финансовый результат работы.
     
    Проект разработан на класс КМ Ice2 R2 AUT1-ICS Российского Морского Регистра Судоходства и удовлетворяет всем требованиям международных конвенций, действующим на момент закладки судна.
     
    При этом по водоизмещению суда проекта RSD59 являются на сегодняшний день самыми большими из сухогрузных судов, удовлетворяющих габаритам Волго-Донского судоходного канала.
     
    При характеристической для ВДСК осадке 3,60 м в реке дедвейт составляет около 5200 тонн, наибольший дедвейт в море при осадке 4,50 м - около 7500 тонн.
     
    Длина наибольшая составляет 141,0 м, ширина габаритная - 16,98 м, высота борта - 6,00 м.  Вместимость грузовых трюмов 11400 куб. м.  Скорость эксплуатационная составляет 10,5 узлов.
     
    В качестве главных двигателей используются два среднеоборотных дизеля мощностью 1200 кВт каждый, работающих на тяжелом топливе вязкостью до 380 сСт. Запасы тяжелого топлива размещаются в диптанках в районе носовой переборки МО, отделенных от забортной воды двойными дном и бортами.
     
    Автономность плавания в море составляет 20 суток.
     
    Экипаж - 10 человек, мест - 14. Предусмотрена санитарная каюта и каюта для лоцмана.
     
    Расчетный срок службы корпуса судна 24 года. Второе дно рассчитано на интенсивность распределенной нагрузки 12,0 тонн/кв. м, а также на работу грейфером грузоподъемностью 16 тонн.

Завод вписал особую страницу в историю отечественного военного кораблестроения и коммерческого судостроения. На «Красном Сормове» за 75 лет построено и модернизировано более трехсот подводных лодок и спасательных аппаратов, 25 из них атомных. Сегодня завод строит суда коммерческого флота, отвечающие требованиям международных конвенций по надежности и безопасности. Английское Королевское общество корабельных инженеров (RINA) неоднократно включало сормовские танкеры в список «Значительных судов года».
