Draft amendments to the federal budget for 2017 and planned period of 2018-19 provide for increased financing of the projects for the development of Murmansk Transport Hub and Taman dry bulk area. According to the document, Federal Law No 415-ФЗ provides for allocation of RUB 818,195,300,000 for implementation of the state programme “Development of Russia’s Transport System” in 2017. The draft law provides for allocation of additional RUB 13,539,300,000.
The allocations are foreseen for implementation of measures under the subprogramme “Development of transport services export” of the Federal Targeted Programme “Development of Russia’s Transport System in 2010-2020” in order to facilitate the comprehensive development of Murmansk Transport Hub (federal property facilities: Phase 1 – railway line – Vykhodnoi station - Tuloma bridge - Murmashy 2 station - Lavna station (Murmansk region) and construction of dry bulk area of Taman seaport (Krasnodar Territory) in the amount of RUB 6,779,700,000.
Besides, amendments foresee capital contribution to Russian Railways in order to facilitate implementation of the project on development of railway infrastructure of Moscow Transport Hub in the amount of RUB 6,426,500,000 construction of railway line Prokhorovka – Zhuravka – Chertkovo – Bataisk in the amount of RUB 6,243,500,000.
The consideration of the amendments is scheduled for 18 October 2017.
