    Чистая прибыль АО «Порт Ванино» за 9 месяцев 2017 года выросла на 14% - до 1,65 млрд руб.

    Чистая прибыль АО «Ванинский морской торговый порт» («Порт Ванино», Хабаровский край) за январь-сентябрь 2017 года составила 1,65 млрд руб., что на 14% превышает показатель аналогичного периода прошлого года. Об этом ИАА «ПортНьюс» сообщили в компании.

    Выручка за отчетный период снизилась на 2% и достигла 2,80 млрд руб.

    АО «Ванинский морской торговый порт» (ОАО «Порт Ванино») - одна из крупнейших стивидорных компаний в порту Ванино, в состав которой наряду с универсальными причалами входят специализированные терминалы: паромный, контейнерный и глиноземный, а также портовый флот, выполняющий швартовые операции, перевозку пассажиров и снабжение судов водой. Согласно списку аффилированных лиц на 31 декабря 2015 года, структура акционеров «Порта Ванино» выглядит следующим образом: «Оперн Трейд Лтд» (Кипр) владеет 17,76% уставного капитала (23,68% обыкновенных акций), ЗАО «Титан» — 18,75% (24,99%), Statula Holdings Ltd (Кипр) — 16,23% (21,64%). Кто стоит за кипрскими компаниями, «Порт Ванино» не раскрывает. В АО «Титан» долей в 51% владеет АО «РЖД Логистика» (РЖДЛ, актив группа «Российские железные дороги»), 49% - ОАО «Национальный капитал», подконтрольное структурам НПФ «Благосостояние» (в том числе через ПАО «ТрансФин-М»). В то же время в РЖДЛ заявляют, что их компания вышла из состава акционеров «Титана».
