The Conference organized by IAA PortNews will be held on 1 March 2018 in Moscow, in the conference hall of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
The event will gather representatives of RF Transport Ministry, Rosmorrechflot, Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, Transport Prosecutor’s Office, Transport Committee of the State Duma, Harbour Masters of seaports, industry-focused educational institutions, stevedoring companies, owners of hazardous cargo, shipping companies, forwarders, surveyors.

Marine Cargo Bureau (MCB) is one of the leading Russian companies specialized in safe overseas shipping services. MCB was established in St.Petersburg in 1992. MCB has representatives in all sea ports of Russia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia with a staff of over 200 employees.
