    Van Oord проложила 72-км подходный канал в Каспийском море для обеспечения операций на Тенгизском месторождении (фото)

    Международный подрядчик дноуглубительных проектов компания Van Oord завершила дноуглубительные работы на 72-км подходном канале в Каспийском море, закончив этап четырехлетнего дноуглубительного проекта, говорится в пресс-релизе Van Oord.

    Данный проект выполненный Van Oord по постройке нового канала задумывался для обеспечения транспортировки строительных модулей на Тенгизское нефтяное месторождение, где возводятся новые объекты для наращивания производственных мощностей.

    Казахстан входит в число 15 крупнейших стран мира со значительными запасами нефти. В стране обнаружено более 150 месторождений, из которых Тенгизское  является одним из крупнейших, которое превратилось в важное связующее звено между Россией, Китаем и Европой. Строительство нового канала является важной частью новой инфраструктуры, создаваемой для роста нефтегазовой отрасли страны.

    Удаленность местоположения требовала особых мер для выполнения проекта. Из-за суровых погодных условий зимой, проведение дноуглубительных работ было возможно только в период с апреля по октябрь. Кроме того, логистика была осложнена недостаточно развитыми в регионе инфраструктурой и объектов.

    В прокладке канала были задействованы четыре фрезерных земснаряда Ural и Mangystau при поддержке более 30 судов. Чтобы проводить прямо на месте ремонт и техническое обслуживание судов Van Oord специально спроектировала и построила плавучую мастерскую-баржу оснащенную подъемным оборудованием, гидравлическим краном и бортовой мастерской.

    Так как место, где проводились дноуглубительные работы, является регионом обитания различных морских видов находящихся под угрозой исчезновения, таких как птицы и тюлени, важной частью работ было выполнение природоохранных мероприятий. Специалисты Van Oord сотрудничали с независимыми экологическими организациями для защиты местной флоры и фауны. Вдоль подходного канала были сформированы 32 участка куда выгружался извлеченный песок. Из них 16 участков образуют острова доступные для животных.

    Нидерландская компания Van Oord Dredging and Marine Contractors B.V. (Van Oord) является ведущим международным подрядчиком крупных проектов в области дноуглубления, берегоукрепления, морских инженерных проектов (на нефтегазовых шельфовых месторождениях и ветровых энергоустановках). В частности, компания занимается установкой подводных конструкций, прокладкой труб, строительством выносных причалов и гравитационных конструкций.
