Organizers of the conference “Dangerous cargoes: new transportation requirements” has expanded the agenda with the issues covering ship owners’ responsibility.
The Conference organized by IAA PortNews will be held on 1 March 2018 in Moscow, in the conference hall of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
The event will gather representatives of RF Transport Ministry, Rosmorrechflot, Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, Transport Prosecutor’s Office, Transport Committee of the State Duma, Harbour Masters of seaports, industry-focused educational institutions, stevedoring companies, owners of hazardous cargo, shipping companies, forwarders, surveyors.
