    Damen поставит британскому заказчику морской земснаряд проекта MAD 3500 для добычи песка и гравия (фото, графика)

    Группа компаний DAMEN Shipyards Group и компания CEMEX UK Marine Limited подписали контракт на поставку морского земснаряда серии MAD 3500. Соглашение было подписано 19 декабря 2017 года в Саутгемптоне директором CEMEX UK Лоуренсом Дагли и региональным директором по продажам DAMEN Фрэнком де Ланге. В сообщении DAMEN отмечается, что это будет первый земснаряд серии 3500, поставляемый британской компании.

    Земснаряд, который будет построен на румынской верфи DAMEN в Галаце, спроектирован для добычи песка и гравия с морского дна на глубине до 55 м, в том числе в сложных погодных условиях в Северном море.

    Конструкция MAD 3500 обеспечивает оптимальное сочетание мощности и эффективности при ограниченных размерах (для прохода через судоходные шлюзы). Общая длина судна не превышает 103,5 м, дедвейт – менее 7 тыс. тонн и скорость при грузовой осадке – около 12 узлов. В сравнении с имеющимся у CEMEX земснарядом Sand Heron, новое судно сможет добывать и перевозить на 20% больше нерудных строительных материалов за один рейс.

    Судно имеет обозначение класса ECO классификационного общества Lloyd's Register, а также класс CAC-3 (высокий уровень комфорта для экипажа на борту судна).

    Британская компания CEMEX UK Marine Limited занята в сфере производства строительных материалов. Численность персонала компании превышает 3 тыс. человек. Компания поставляет строительной отрасли нерудные строительные материалы, цемент, бетон и другую продукцию. Компания давно сотрудничает с DAMEN и имеет в составе своего флота другие суда, построенные нидерландской судостроительной группой.

    Нидерландская компания DAMEN создана в 1927 году. В настоящее время судостроительная группа DAMEN Shipyards Group (головной офис - г. Горинхем) объединяет 40 судостроительных и судоремонтных верфей по всему миру. Общая численность персонала составляет 9 тыс. человек. На сегодняшний день на верфях группы построено более 6 тыс. судов и ежегодно передается в эксплуатацию около 180 новых судов. DAMEN специализируется на строительстве буксиров, катеров, патрульных судов, высокоскоростных судов, грузовых судов, земснарядов, судов для обслуживания морских платформ, судов ЛАРН, фрегатов и мега-яхт.

    Помимо проектирования и постройки судов, подразделение DAMEN Shiprepair & Conversion предлагает к услугам заказчиков всемирную сеть из 16 ремонтных и конверсионных верфей, включая сухие доки размером до 420х80 м. Конверсионные проекты включают в себя как работы по модернизации судов в соответствии с современными требованиями и нормативами, так и полную конверсию крупных морских добывающих установок. DS&C ежегодно выполняет 1,5 тыс. заказов по ремонту и техобслуживанию.
