Bunker sales at port Vladivostok in 2017 surged by 70.2% to 701,400 t
In January-December 2017, total sales of bunker fuel at port Vladivostok and its offshore terminals amounted to 701,400 t, up 70.2%, year-on-year (against 421,100 t), Administration of Seaports of Primorsky Territory and Eastern Arctic told IAA PortNews.
About one fifth of this volume was sold at the offshore terminals (eastern, western and internal), with the rest sold at the port.
In the reporting period, sales of heavy fuel oil totaled some 557,500 t, fuel containing material – about 101,500 t with diesel fuel accounting for the rest of the volume.
The number of bunkering operations increased from 3,139 to 3,282.
