    СУДС Керченского пролива получило новое свидетельство о соответствии (фото)

    По результатам освидетельствования Росморречфлотом ФГУП «Росморпорт» получено новое свидетельство о соответствии системы управления движением судов (СУДС) Керченского пролива требованиям Резолюции ИМО А.857(20) и приказа Минтранса России от 23.07.2015 № 226, предъявляемым к СУДС высшей категории. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба ФГУП «Росморпорт».

    В состав единого комплекса СУДС Керченского пролива вошли центр СУДС, расположенный в морском порту Кавказ, и восемь удаленных, управляемых дистанционно радиотехнических постов: «Тузла», «Лада-Геленджик-Транс», «Ахиллеон», «Тамань», «Зеленского», «Темрюк», «Маяк Темрюкский» и «Фонталовская», расположенных вдоль побережья Черного и Азовского морей в районе морских портов Кавказ, Тамань и Темрюк.

    Отмечается, что ранее данные объекты представляли собой отдельные портовые системы управления движением судов в морских портах Кавказ, Тамань и Темрюк, которые на основе информационной интеграции и координированной деятельности, в свою очередь, формировали региональную систему управления движением судов Керченского пролива.

    «Реализация предприятием в 2017 году организационно-технических мероприятий по объединению в единый имущественный комплекс всех объектов отдельных портовых СУДС с созданием единого центра управления СУДС Керченского пролива в морском порту Кавказ нацелена не только на оптимизацию организационной структуры служб управления движением судов филиала, но и, в первую очередь, на повышение уровня безопасности мореплавания и эффективности судоходства в акватории Керченского пролива, акваториях морских портов Тамань, Кавказ, Темрюк и на подходах к ним», - указывается в сообщении.

    С использованием СУДС Керченского пролива судам, находящимся в зоне её действия, предоставляются комплексные навигационные услуги и осуществляется: обнаружение судов на подходах к зоне действия СУДС, установление связи с ними, получение данных о судне; передача судам навигационной, оперативной и иной информации по инициативе операторов СУДС или по запросу судна; оказание помощи в судовождении; организация движения судов, включающая планирование и установление режимов движения судов в зоне действия СУДС; контроль за движением судов и положением судов на якорных стоянках и выносных причальных устройствах.
