    В восточной части Финского залива за сутки 27-28 февраля осуществлено 60 ледокольных проводок

    В восточной части Финского залива за сутки 27-28 февраля 2018 года осуществлено 60 ледокольных проводок. По данным Штаба ледовых операций портов восточной части Финского залива, всего с начала ледовой навигации было осуществлено 773 проводки, в том числе 415 проводок в Большом порту Санкт-Петербург, 133 проводки в портах Выборг и Высоцк, 82 проводки в порту Приморск, 143 проводки - в порту Усть-Луга.

    Ледокольное обеспечение осуществляют 10 ледоколов.

    Штабом ледокольных операций установлена точка формирования каравана (ТФК) – в районе буя №4 Большого Корабельного фарватера с координатами: Ш = 60 град. 11,5 мин. Сев.; Д = 27 град. 46,1 мин. Вост.

    На канале от приемного буя Большого порта Санкт-Петербург до судопропускного сооружения С-1 сплоченный лед толщиной до 20-25 см. От С-1 до буев №23-24 сплоченный лед толщиной до 25 см. От буев №23-24 до закрытой части Санкт-Петербургского морского канала сплоченный лед толщиной 20-30 см. На акватории Большого порта Санкт-Петербург битый лед сплоченностью 9-10 баллов, толщиной 15-30 см.

    От порта Выборг до порта Высоцк сплошной припайный лед толщиной 20-35 см, канал стоит. Южнее порта Высоцк до острова Халли припайный лед 25-30 см. От Халли до буя №4 Большого Корабельного фарватера очень сплоченный лед толщиной 15-25 см.

    В порту Приморск припайный лед сплоченностью 10 баллов, толщиной до 35 см. От буев 3-4 до банки Грекова молодой лед толщиной до 10-15 см. От банки Грекова до буя №6 Большого Корабельного фарватера очень сплоченный лед толщиной до 25 см, местами торосы.

    От ТФК до буя №3 Большого Корабельного фарватера дрейфующий лед толщиной до 15-25 см. От буев №3 до буя №4 молодой лед толщиной 5-15 см, местами наблюдаются ледовые поля толщиной до 25-30 см. От буя №4 до буя №9 очень сплоченный лед толщиной до 35-40 см, наблюдается сжатие и торошение льда. От буя №9 до буя №11 Большого Корабельного фарватера сплоченный лед толщиной 15-25 см. От буя №11 до приемного буя Большого порта Санкт-Петербург - сплоченный лед толщиной до 20 см.

    В порту Усть-Луга сплоченный лед толщиной 15-25 см. В районе устья реки припай толщиной до 30 см.

    На акватории морского порта Усть-Луга и на подходах к нему с 15:00 мск 6 марта 2018 года (при достижении толщины сплошного ледяного покрова 15-30 см) планируется установление ограничений по режиму ледового плавания: суда без ледовых усилений (ледового класса) и барже-буксирные составы не допускаются к плаванию во льдах; суда категории Ice1 допускаются к плаванию во льдах только под проводкой ледокола; суда категории Ice2 и выше допускаются к плаванию во льдах самостоятельно или под проводкой ледокола.

    На акватории морского порта Большой порт Санкт-Петербург с 00:00 мск 7 марта 2018 года планируется введение ледовых ограничений: суда без ледовых усилений (ледового класса) и барже-буксирные составы не допускаются к плаванию во льдах; суда категории Ice1 допускаются к плаванию во льдах только под проводкой ледокола; суда категории Ice2 и выше допускаются к плаванию во льдах под проводкой ледокола или самостоятельно по разрешению и рекомендациям ледокола.

    На акватории морского порта Пассажирский порт Санкт-Петербург с 00:00 мск 7 марта 2018 года планируется введение ограничений ледового плавания: суда без ледовых усилений (ледового класса) и барже-буксирные составы не допускаются к плаванию во льдах; суда категории Ice1 допускаются к плаванию во льдах только под проводкой ледокола; суда категории Ice2 и выше допускаются к плаванию во льдах под проводкой ледокола или самостоятельно по разрешению и рекомендациям ледокола.
