    Подписано Федеральное отраслевое соглашение по внутреннему водному транспорту на 2018-2021 годы (фото)

    Российская палата судоходства и Профсоюз работников водного транспорта Российской Федерации (ПРВТ) подписали Федеральное отраслевое соглашение по внутреннему водному транспорту на 2018-2021 годы. Церемония подписания состоялась 16 марта 2018 г. в Российской палате судоходства. От Палаты соглашение подписал президент Российской палаты судоходства Алексей Клявин, от ПРВТ соглашение подписала и.о. председателя профсоюза Олеся Прокопишина,

    Сторону работодателей представляла Российская палата судоходства – единственное в Российской Федерации общероссийское отраслевое объединение работодателей в сфере морского и внутреннего водного транспорта.

    Сторону работников в соглашении представлял Профсоюз работников водного транспорта Российской Федерации.

    Соглашение стало результатом объединения интересов представителей работников и работодателей речного транспорта России.

    Соглашение заключено на срок три года. По истечении этого периода оно может быть продлено еще на три года.

    Подписанию соглашения предшествовала большая кропотливая работа обеих сторон. Российской палатой судоходства была создана специальная Рабочая группа из представителей судовладельцев по разработке соглашения, члены которой в дальнейшем вошли и в совместную с профсоюзом Комиссию по разработке и заключению соглашения.

    Соглашением устанавливаются минимальные стандарты условий труда работников внутреннего водного транспорта России на Федеральном уровне. Нормы Федерального отраслевого соглашения полностью отвечают требованиям Национального законодательства Российской Федерации, а также и положениям Конвенции 2006 года о труде в морском судоходстве.

    В соглашении предусмотрены возможные опции для каждого работодателя в рамках коллективных договоров, локальных нормативных актов, в том числе повышение реального размера заработной платы и предоставление более высоких, чем это установлено законодательством, компенсаций и льгот. Приведены особенности оплаты труда, режима труда и отдыха плавсостава судов внутреннего плавания, вопросы обеспечения надлежащих условий труда, другие важнейшие положения.
         
    Соглашение обеспечивает базис для заключения коллективных договоров, создает конкурентные социально-экономические условия для работы речного флота.

    По окончании мероприятия президент Российской палаты судоходства Алексей Клявин отметил, что завершение переговоров и подписание соглашения особенно важно в преддверии открытия навигации 2018 года и положительно скажется на работе внутреннего водного транспорта.

    Олеся Прокопишина пожелала сторонам социального партнерства - профсоюзу и судовладельцам дальнейшего развития отношений на благо тружеников речного флота и успешной работы судоходных компаний.
