    Материалы оценки воздействия на окружающую среду по проекту «Лавна» одобрены на общественных слушаниях

    По результатам общественных слушаний, состоявшихся 20 марта 2018 года в Коле, представленная оценка воздействия на окружающую среду проектной документации «Комплекс перегрузки угля «Лавна» в порту Мурманск» и прилагаемые к ней материалы были одобрены жителями поселений района. Об этом в ходе оперативного совещания в правительстве Мурманской области сообщил министр транспорта и дорожного хозяйства Мурманской области Дмитрий Соснин, сообщает пресс-служба областного правительства.

    Протокол общественных слушаний будет размещен на официальном сайте органов исполнительной власти Кольского района.

    ВПо информации Сосснина, в рамках проекта создания угольного терминала «Лавна» на западном берегу Кольского залива в технологическом процессе перегрузки угля предусмотрено использование новейшего перегрузочного оборудования: вагоноопрокидывателей, конвейерных тоннелей, стакер-реклаймеров, судопогрузочных машин, которые в комплексе с очистными сооружениями и системами пылеподавления обеспечат минимальные выбросы пыли каменного угля в атмосферу и загрязнения окружающей среды.

    Планируется, что на первом этапе – в 2020 году – грузооборот терминала составит до 9 млн тонн угля, в 2021 году перевалку планируется увеличить вдвое.

    Комплекс перегрузки угля «Лавна» расположен в Мурманской области, на западном берегу южного колена Кольского залива, в устье реки Лавна, в районе пос. Междуречье. Строительство терминала на свободной, не застроенной и не освоенной территории дает проекту ряд существенных преимуществ и усиливает конкурентную позицию России в Балтийском и Арктическом бассейнах. Глубоководная, незамерзающая, защищенная от волнения акватория способна принимать суда-навалочники дедвейтом более 150 тыс. тонн. Интенсивность судоходства при выходе в открытый океан не высока, а ограничения, связанные с прохождением проливов иностранных государств, отсутствуют.

    Как сообщают региональные СМИ, министр транспорта РФ Максим Соколов на этой неделе с рабочим визитом посетит Мурманск. Ожидается, что он примет участие в стартовых мероприятиях по строительству порта Лавна. В частности, состоится церемония закладки первого камня будущего угольного терминала.
