Commercial Sea Port of Kandalaksha handled 375,160 tonnes of cargo in 3M’18, up 30% Y-o-Y
Commercial Sea Port of Kandalaksha LLC (CSPK LLC, part of Taltek Group) handled 375,160 tonnes of cargo in January-March 2018, up 30%, year-on-year, says Taltek.
According to the statement, heating coal of Taltek Group produced in the Kemerovo Region accounted for 100% of the port’s throughput.
In March, the port handled 6,434 railcars with coal, almost twice as much as in January-March 2017.
Commercial Sea Port of Kandalaksha is a stevedore operator in the sea port of Kandalaksha (Murmansk Region).The port of Kandalaksha founded in 1915 on the White Sea coast is one of the three largest ports in the North of Russia’s European part. CSPK is a part of Taltek Group from 2007.
Taltek Group has been in the coal market from 1998. The Group’s business comprises production and sale of coal, transport and logistics services as well as railcar repair facility.
