    В Совет директоров АО «Амурское пароходство» избраны 5 человек

    Акционеры АО «Амурское пароходство» (АО «АП», г. Хабаровск) на годовом общем собрании 15 июня 2018 года избрали Совет директоров Общества в количестве пяти человек, говорится в материалах компании.

    В Совет директоров избраны: Лашкевич Константин, Клименко Алексей, Михайлов Александр, Путилин Григорий, Краснов Максим.

    Акционеры приняли решение по результатам 2017 года прибыль в размере 175 млн 446 тыс. 914,73 руб. оставить в распоряжении Общества, дивиденды по обыкновенным акциям Общества по итогам работы за 2017 год не объявлять и не выплачивать.

    Аудитором на 2018 год утверждено ООО аудиторско-консультационная фирма «БИЗНЕС-ИНТЕЛЛЕКТ».

    ОАО «Амурское пароходство» - базовое предприятие транспортно-логистического направления деятельности лесопромышленного холдинга RFP Group. Управляет 10 речными и морскими портовыми перегрузочными комплексами, лидирует по объему грузовых и пассажирских перевозок по судоходным путям бассейна реки Амур, обеспечивая более 90% пассажирских перевозок и порядка 70% грузовых перевозок. Флот пароходства насчитывает более 200 речных судов, 16 судов смешанного плавания «река-море» и два морских судна.

    Холдинг RFP Group (Russianforestproductsgroup) управляет лесным бизнесом, включающим заготовку древесины, деревообработку, продажу и доставку лесопродукции в страны Восточной Азии, а также логистическим комплексом, включающим грузовые, пассажирские перевозки и стивидорные услуги на морских и речных маршрутах дальневосточного региона.
