    Отгрузка грузов для арктических районов Якутии в навигацию-2018 будет взята на особый контроль

    Взять на особый контроль отгрузку жизнеобеспечивающих грузов для нужд арктических районов республики в навигацию 2018 года поручил 5 июля 2018 года кабинету министров и.о. председателя правительства Якутии Владимир Солодов, сообщает пресс-служба Главы Республики Саха (Якутия) и правительства Республики Саха (Якутия).

    В ходе совещания председатель Государственного комитета по обеспечению безопасности жизнедеятельности населения РС(Я) Юрий Зайцев проинформировал, что ежегодно для нужд республики до пунктов назначения внутренним водным транспортом перевозится более 3 млн тонн, из которых 1 млн 500 тыс. тонн – жизнеобеспечивающие грузы.

    План завоза жизнеобеспечивающих грузов в навигацию 2018 года составляет 1 млн 118 тыс. тонн, план перемещения депонационных запасов на арктических реках – 32,5 тыс. тонн.

    Юрий Зайцев сообщил, что для обеспечения завоза в период навигации задействуется более 700 единиц сухогрузного, буксирного и наливного флота. Основным региональным перевозчиком является ОАО «Ленское объединенное речное пароходство».

    Докладчик напомнил, что с 20 июля в республике стартует арктическая навигация, которая открывает водные пути на выход судов в море для доставки грузов на арктические реки Яна, Индигирка, Колыма, Анабар и пункты на море Лаптевых. «В навигацию 2018 года запланирован завоз 344,4 тыс. тонн жизнеобеспечивающих грузов», - отчитался Юрий Зайцев.

    Владимир Солодов подчеркнул, что в ходе навигации большое внимание необходимо уделить мониторингу за ситуацией и решению всех финансовых вопросов. Что касается арктической навигации, премьер поручил определить в приоритетном порядке отгрузку жизнеобеспечивающих грузов с направлением в арктические районы, в том числе решить вопрос с завозом авиационного топлива.

    Премьер поручил заказчикам взять на особый контроль накопление жизнеобеспечивающих грузов в пунктах отгрузки для своевременного направления на арктическую навигацию, включая через Северный морской путь. Перевозчикам необходимо произвести расстановку флота для обеспечения перевозки грузов до пунктов назначения в период арктической навигации.

    «Особое внимание необходимо уделить вопросам обеспечения финансовыми ресурсами и бюджетными кредитами из госбюджета республики для гарантированного завоза жизнеобеспечивающих грузов», - подытожил Владимир Солодов.

    В ходе совещания министр жилищно-коммунального хозяйства и энергетики РС(Я) Данил Саввинов проинформировал о финансировании завоза топливно-энергетических ресурсов предприятиями жилищно-коммунального хозяйства. О ходе обеспечения судоходной обстановки на внутренних водных путях Ленского бассейна и подготовке баровых участков рек Яна и Индигирка к арктической навигации доложил руководитель ФБУ «Администрация Ленского бассейна» Павел Снытко.

    Генеральный директор ОАО «Ленское объединенное речное пароходство» Сергей Ларионов рассказал о работе флота в навигацию 2018 года и готовности к арктической навигации.
