    На Международном таможенном форуме выработают меры по преодолению кризисных ситуаций

    «Международный таможенный форум - 2018» 24 октября 2018 года начал работу в Москве, в Центре международной торговли. Как передает корреспондент ИАА «ПортНьюс», форум призван способствовать свободному обмену информацией и мнениями, а также выработке мероприятий по преодолению кризисных ситуаций и установлению дальнейшего направления развития таможни и смежных отраслей.

    Утренняя панельная сессия «Майский (2018) указ президента России и реформы таможенного администрирования» была посвящена обсуждению хода реализации экономической стратегии страны, в том числе путём инфраструктурных преобразований в таможенной сфере, осуществляемым ФТС России под руководством правительства РФ.

    Модератором сессии выступил Руслан Давыдов, первый заместитель руководителя ФТС России, вице-председатель Совета Всемирной таможенной организации по Европейскому региону. Он обозначил основные направления работы ФТС, которые призваны стать инструментом реализации национальных и федеральных проектов. Новшествами в работе таможенной службы должны стать консигнационные склады за рубежом, принцип «одного окна» для российских экспортеров, вошедших в реестр, вовлечение малых и средних предприятий в программу развития экспорта, модернизация пунктов пропуска, цифровые таможенные технологии для морских портов и др.

    На сессии выступил Михаил Мамонов, советник министра цифрового развития, связи и массовых коммуникаций РФ, который, в частности, назвал две основные задачи в ходе реализации государственного проекта: создание общенациональной структуры данных, выстраивание правильной бизнес-архитектуры этих данных, которая предотвратит монополию на них; и создание концепции цифрового резидентства – единого цифрового идентификатора на территории России.

    Илья Трунин, заместитель министра финансов РФ, выступая на сессии, касаясь темы валютного контроля, заявил: «Отказаться от валютного контроля мы не можем». Он отметил, что, тем не менее, необходимо стремиться к снижению затрат бизнеса в рамках валютного контроля. Замминистра отметил высокую роль таможни в исполнении майского указа президента.

    В сессии приняли участие представитель министерства экономического развития РФ, а также генеральный директор АО «Российский экспортный центр» Андрей Слепнев и другие.

    С 2018 года Международная выставка «Таможенная служба», зарекомендовавшая себя за 18 лет работы как ведущее мероприятие в сфере таможни, представляет новый формат и работает в режиме Международного таможенного форума. Основная отличительная черта - расширенное международное сотрудничество, которое включает не только участие таможенных органов стран СНГ, но и межгосударственных таможенных и внешнеэкономических организаций.

    Также в 2018 году на форуме представлена расширенная экспозиция. В экспозиции принимают участие ключевые компании – импортеры и экспортеры, органы исполнительной власти РФ, таможенные организации. Еще одной особенностью стал новый формат научно-деловой программы, где больше внимания уделяется диалогу с бизнес-структурами и усилению межведомственного взаимодействия.
