    Причал паромной переправы на Ольхон на озере Байкал планируют сдать до конца 2018 года

    Причальные сооружения на паромной переправе МРС-Ольхон в поселке Сахюрта Ольхонского района планируют достроить к концу 2018 года, сообщил заместитель министра строительства и дорожного хозяйства Иркутской области Евгений Липатов, передает ИА «Телеинформ».

    В 2019 году планируется начать строить новый причал на островной части переправы. Что касается дороги по острову, то в 2019 году планируется провести капремонт пятикилометрового участка перед поселком Хужир. Сейчас проект проходит Госглавэкспертизу.

    «По нему очень много сложностей, потому что экологическая зона, нацпарк и так далее, но мы эти вопросы в рабочем режиме постоянно отрабатываем, – пояснил замминистра. – Капремонт будет проводиться на наиболее опасном участке, который после осадков не позволит безопасно проехать».

    Проектом также предусмотрено строительство ливневки и очистных сооружений. В настоящее время в Хужире определяют место, где появятся эти очистные. В рамках капремонта будет обеспечен водосбор, вода будет поступать на локальные очистные, с которых ее будут вывозить в Хижир. После очистки воду возможно использовать либо на технические нужды в поселке, либо вывозить на материк.

    Проект по реконструкции участка от паромной переправы планируют отдать в экспертизу в первом квартале 2019 года. Работы планируют начать в 2020 году. Сложность это проекта - в необходимости отвода дополнительных участков, этот вопрос решается на федеральном уровне.

    «Термин «реконструкция» подразумевает повышение технической категории дороги. На Ольхоне около 70% дороги сохранится в своем плановом положении, а часть участков, где опасные повороты, крутые подъемы мы должны изменить, иначе не будет обеспечена безопасность движения, – прокомментировал Евгений Липатов. – Летом там интенсивность высокая, потому мы, скорее всего, сделаем четвертую техническую категорию, облегченное покрытие. Это асфальтобетон, но рассчитанный на низкую нагрузку. Грузовиков на Ольхоне ходит немного, потому мы рассматриваем этот вариант».

    Материалы для строительства дорог пока планируется возить из Баяндая, где расположен ближайший карьер, это около 150 км. Но поскольку во время реконструкции будут проводиться земляные работы, возможно, что материал для устройства земляного полотна, рабочего слоя и дорожных одежд будут брать отсюда.

    Пока строительство дороги на Ольхоне оценивается в 2 млрд руб., но, как отметил Евгений Липатов, прогнозировать окончательную стоимость сложно, поскольку растет цена и дизтоплива, и битума – основного компонента асфальтобетона.

    Реконструкция дороги на материковой части идет уже несколько лет. Так, в 2016 году ликвидирован последний гравийный разрыв на участке 95-108 км до поселка Сахюрта. В 2017 году после поручения президента РФ Владимира Путина было заявлено о намерении заасфальтировать дорогу на острове Ольхон. Трассу проектируют три организации, а в целом она разделена на три участка. Первый и третий включают полную реконструкцию, второй – капитальный ремонт. Согласно плану, серьезной реконструкции должен быть подвержен участок автодороги от пролива Ольхонские ворота до поселка Хужир.

    Согласно проекту, расчетная скорость передвижения по дороге после реконструкции должна составить 80 км/час, строительная длина дороги – 29,6 км.

    Строительство нового причала в Сахюрте было начато 1 апреля 2014 года, в качестве заказчика выступила дирекция по строительству и эксплуатации автомобильных дорог Иркутской области. Срок окончания работ намечался на 30 ноября 2015 года. Однако 17 ноября 2015 года Восточно-Сибирское речное пароходство инициировало расторжение госконтракта. На момент подачи уведомления о расторжении госконтракта работы выполнены в объеме не менее 60% от планируемых. В итоге только в 2017 году определили подрядчика, который закончит работу. Им стала «Дорожная служба Иркутской области».
