    В АИП Тверской области на 2019-2020 годы включено строительство инфраструктуры туристско-рекреационного кластера «Волжское море»

    На заседании правительства Тверской области под руководством губернатора Игоря Рудени рассмотрена Адресная инвестиционная программа (АИП) региона на 2019-2021 годы. Общий объем средств, предусмотренных на реализацию программы, составит более 16 млрд руб. В том числе программа включает строительство обеспечивающей инфраструктуры туристско-рекреационного кластера «Волжское море»: водозаборного узла в Завидово, транспортно-пересадочного узла, причалов, реконструкцию дорог и другие объекты. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба правительства Тверской области.

    По сравнению с 2016 годом, финансирование АИП в текущем году выросло в 5,5 раза: с 894 млн руб. до более 4,8 млрд рублей. В 2019 году запланировано увеличение финансирования программы почти в 7 раз: в проекте предусмотрено направить на реализацию АИП почти 6 млрд рублей.

    «Адресная инвестиционная программа Тверской области является ключевым инструментом бюджетного инвестирования. В нее включены особо важные объекты, строительство которых обеспечивает решение задач в развитии экономики, инфраструктуры, социальной сферы региона. Необходимо вести постоянный мониторинг соблюдения сроков проведения и качества работ. Реализация программы должна идти совместно с руководителями муниципальных образований. В контроле будет участвовать партия «Единая Россия», – сказал Игорь Руденя.

    Губернатор также обратил внимание: в программе необходимо обозначить перспективные проекты, которые планируется реализовать в ближайшие годы. Кроме того, важно включить в АИП те территории, где в настоящее время не предусмотрено строительство объектов в рамках программы. По мнению Игоря Рудени, это должны быть проекты, направленные на комплексное развитие районов.  

    Наибольший объем областных и федеральных вложений в 2019-2021 годах предусмотрен в здравоохранении (более 5,8 млрд руб.), жилищно-коммунальном хозяйстве (свыше 3,3 млрд руб.), образовании (почти 3 млрд рублей), туризме (более 1,3 млрд руб.), дорожном хозяйстве (свыше 1,2 млрд руб.) Более 1,3 млрд руб. направят на реализацию проектов в сферах физкультуры и спорта, культуры, охраны окружающей среды.

    В проект программы начиная с 2019-го года включено более 70 объектов.

    В жилищно-коммунальной сфере предусмотрено строительство объектов газификации на территории области, реконструкция очистных сооружений в Конаковском районе, строительство водопроводных сетей в Кимрском районе, модернизация объектов ТЭК в Нелидово, Бологое, Лихославльском районе, ЗАТО Озёрный.

    За счёт средств Адресной инвестиционной программы планируется реконструкция путепровода через Октябрьскую железную дорогу в Вышнем Волочке.
